  • Not show signs of use, stains, alterations, or damages caused by the customer
  • Have the original tag attached and be in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and freebies (if any)
  • Be sent with the invoice or proof of purchase

4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Returns: The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. If the return is within the 7-day period, the shipping fee will be refunded along with the order.

5. REFUND METHODS
Refunds will be processed to the original payment account used for the purchase:
